Guarantee policy
All reservations require credit card guarantee.
Cancellation / modification policy
Standard Daily Rate Bookings: 48 Hour cancellation or modification notice is required by 6pm prior to the arrival date. This applies to all reservations from 1 to 14 nights stay. Reservations that are 15 nights or more will require a cancellation or modification notice of 7 days prior to the arrival date.
*Reservations booked within the 48 hours of arriving are guaranteed and therefore non-cancellable.
10% Web Special Bookings: THESE BOOKINGS CANNOT BE CANCELLED, CHANGED OR REFUNDED.
For all other types of reservations such as group bookings, special events and Holidays; please contact the Hotel directly to confirm the cancellation/modification policy for your specific reservation.
*You must contact the Hotel directly at 760-775-4444 ext. 300 to cancel or modify your reservation. We do not accept notifications via email.
Early departures will be charged through the departure date listed on their registration form at check-in. Please make sure to contact the hotel directly to modify your reservation in the allotted amount of time required for your reservation.
Family policy
Children 17 years old and under stay free with accompanied adult.
Pet policy
Dogs 60 lbs. or less permitted in a limited number of rooms. $25 pet fee will be billed every night of stay. Maximum number of dogs allowed in each room is two. Pet policy must be signed at time of check-in.
Age requirements
Guests must be 21 years of age to book a hotel room and provide proper identification upon check-in.
No smoking policy
The Hotel at Indian Palms is a non-smoking facility and should you permit smoking in your room a $125.00 cleaning charged will be assessed to your bill. A valid credit card must be presented at time of arrival.
Right to cancel / errors / mistakes
The Side may contain technical inaccuracies and typographical or other errors in connection with information displayed on the Site, including without limitation rates, fees, or availability applicable to your transaction. Indian Palms Country Club & Resort Hotel assumes no responsibility or liability for such error, inaccuracies, or omissions. Indian Palms Country Club & Resort Hotel shall have the right not to honor reservations or information affected by such errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. Indian Palms Country Club & Resort Hotel shall have the right to make changes, corrections, cancellations, and/or improvements to such information or reservations based on such information, at any time, including after confirmation of a reservation.
Pet Policy
Welcome to Indian Palms Country Club, and Resort,
We welcome you and your pet(s) and would like to take this opportunity to review our pet policy with you. We at the Indian Palms Country Club are happy to accommodate you and your love ones, including the ones with four legs. The maximum number of pets per room is two; the maximum weight 60 lbs. with a non-refundable pet charge of $25 per room for each night that you spend with us. This fee will also be charged to the room for pets visiting but not staying with you.
We require a valid credit card at time of check in. In addition we do not allow second party credit card authorization for guests electing to have their pet(s) stay with them at the hotel. Your room will be checked at the time of departure for any damages. If damages have occurred, the appropriate charges will be assessed and will be billed to your credit card. Pets are not allowed to be on hotel furniture or bedding. Please do not use hotel towels and linens on your pets. Please bring your own pet bedding and towels. Damages include smells that are pet related or not considered favorable by the staff and additional cleaning that may be required by allowing your pet on the furniture or bedding. By signing this agreement you agree that a late charge can be added to your credit card as it relates to any and all damages to the room. Inspection of the room by staff at time of check-out does not waive the hotels right to late charge you (post inspection) for damages discovered at a later time.

Pets cannot be left in your automobile at any time, even with engine running. Not complying with this rule can prove fatal to your pet(s). This can happen within minutes because of the sun and heat in the desert, even in the winter. If you notice pets in a vehicle either at Indian Palms Country Club or in the Indio area, please notify authorities immediately. Pets left in your vehicle on property or in town will result with the notification of local authorities who will take all the necessary action to safely remove the pet(s) from the vehicle. This could result in damage to your vehicle.
We request that your pet(s) be confirmed to a carrier or enclosure when left in the room alone. This is for the safety of the pet. Disturbance of other guests resulting from loud pet(s) could result in a penalty fee. The city of Indio requires your pet to be on a leash at all times. This includes while on the Indian Palms Country Club grounds regardless of the size of the pet. Pet(s) are not allowed in the pools. Pet(s) may not be tethered outside anywhere on property.
All solid waste must be cleaned up immediately by the pet owner/guardian. The pet owner/guardian must be in control of their pet(s) at all times and will assume all responsibility, financially or otherwise, in the event of an incident involving their pet(s).
In order to maintain the best Indian Palms Country Club experience for all of our guests, we do require that all pet(s) owners/guardians adhere to this Pet Policy. Failure to follow this policy could result in being asked to leave the property. We reserve the right to ask you to remove the pet regardless of the above stated policy with or without cause at any time.
